By ordering you certify that: you are at least 18 years old for rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 for handgun ammunition; you are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing or possessing ammunition; and the products you order are legal to possess at your shipping address. We refuse and refund any order we reasonably believe violates these requirements.

2. Lawful Use

Ammunition sold by AmmoShooters is intended for lawful purposes only — sport shooting, hunting, and lawful defense. You are solely responsible for the safe storage, handling, and use of products you purchase.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship. We may cancel and fully refund any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions — and we will tell you why.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Inventory levels shown on the site are live but not guaranteed; in the rare case of an oversell, the affected items are refunded immediately.

5. Shipping, Returns & Risk

Shipping and return terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to your address.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmmoShooters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
