Cancelling an Order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it ships. Email support@ammoshooters.com with your order number as soon as possible — once a shipping label is created we can no longer guarantee cancellation. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Why Shipped Ammunition Cannot Be Returned

For safety and legal reasons, ammunition that has left our custody can never be restocked or resold — we cannot verify how it was stored or handled once delivered. This is an industry-wide standard, and it protects every customer: the ammo you receive from us has only ever been in our climate-controlled warehouse.

Our Guarantee: Damaged, Short, or Incorrect Orders

If we get something wrong, we fix it at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, email support@ammoshooters.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will ship replacements or issue a refund — your choice — and cover any return logistics ourselves.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement. If a refund seems delayed, contact us and we will provide the transaction reference.
