Processing Times

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your shipping label is created.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Orders over $250 ship free to eligible addresses. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Ammunition is heavy — consolidating your purchase into fewer, larger orders is the best way to lower your cost per round.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked boxes. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies the contents, and the return label shows only our fulfillment address.

Adult Signature Requirement

Carriers require an adult signature (21+) on delivery for ammunition shipments where mandated by law. Please ship to an address where an eligible adult is available during delivery hours — a workplace is often the most convenient option.

State Restrictions

We ship everywhere direct ammunition delivery is legal. Some states — including California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey — impose additional requirements such as delivery to a licensed dealer (FFL) or proof of a permit. Our checkout automatically applies the rules for your shipping address. If a restriction applies, you will see it before payment, never after.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email support@ammoshooters.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos where applicable. We will file the carrier claim and replace or refund the affected items — you will not be left holding the bag.
